Because I travel a fair bit I often get asked my oponion on airlines and who is the best carrier to travel with.
Well that is very subjective but at the end of the day most airlines will get you there so it really gets back to the crew on the day and the service they offer. I am not a great fan of the management of Qantas. Personally I do not think that they know how to run a premium airling but are more suited to the discount business.
I have however just go of a 15 hour flight from Hong Kong that was just excellent. To the crew of QF29 on Wednesday the 27th of March a big thank you. We had a medical emergency onboard and had to land in Warsaw at very short notice due to a gentleman having a heart attack. The flight deck crew and the lady running the cabin crew were just great.
So as hard as I can be when it comes to airlines lets give some credit where credit is due. Once again it gets back to what I go on and on about and that is giving your customer service. Take the time to get to know a little about your customer and then if is so much easier to deliver the goods that will keep having them coming back for more.
